    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://freshstartraffle.com/winners on August 15, 2026.

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Fresh Start Recovery.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Fresh Start Recovery or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

    Fresh Start Recovery does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  7. 7. Complaints

Cause

Fresh Start Recovery provides solutions that save lives by helping individuals and families affected by addiction rebuild their lives. We focus on housing, treating and supporting people through treatment and long-term support, including Outreach services, recovery oriented housing, family and friends support and other services that make up our continuum of care. Our goal is simple. To give people a real chance at long-term recovery and a community that walks with them as they grow.

We have come to lean on three principles to describe how this change takes root. Gratitude, Generosity and Community. Gratitude begins when someone is given a chance they did not expect. That gratitude often grows into generosity, as people choose to help others find the same support they received. Out of that generosity, community is strengthened and more people find a place where they are seen, welcomed and supported. When community joins us in this circle, their support helps make it possible for us to provide the care and connection that people need.

Your participation in this raffle becomes part of that same cycle. Each ticket helps someone access treatment, recovery oriented housing, outreach support and family programs that keep people connected in recovery. In this way, the impact of your support reaches far beyond one draw date. It keeps the work of recovery moving forward together, without end.
