If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.
Draw will be held at Cochrane Toyota, 8 River Heights Dr, Cochrane AB
The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG).
All ticket holders are welcome to attend the draw.
Winners will be posted online at https://freshstartraffle.com/winners on August 15, 2026.

5. Winner
Winner will be contacted by phone by the Fresh Start Recovery.
Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.
No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Fresh Start Recovery or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

Fresh Start Recovery does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: info@freshstartrecovery.ca. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.
