Over the years, we have come to lean on three principles that describe how this change takes root. Gratitude, Generosity and Community. Gratitude often starts when someone is given a chance they did not expect. That gratitude grows into generosity when people decide to help the next person in line find the same support they received. Out of that generosity, the community gets stronger, and more people find a place where they are seen, welcomed and supported. When the broader community joins us in this circle, their support keeps the work going for the people who need it most.
